Roasted with care, delivered fresh

We buy green coffee straight from the growers, pay them well above market, and roast it in small batches so every bag tastes like the place it came from.

Roasted Tuesdays in 12 kg batches

From the farm to your door

Every bag follows the same short path. Fewer hands, fewer weeks in a warehouse, and more of what you pay going back to the people who grew it.

First, the farm

Direct trade, fair prices

We visit the farms we buy from and agree prices face to face. Growers in Huila, Sidama and Nariño get paid fairly and know exactly where their harvest ends up.

Then, the roaster

Small-batch roasting

Each origin is roasted on its own, by hand and by ear, in batches small enough that we can taste every one. Sweetness and character come first, never char.

Finally, your kitchen

Fresh to your door

Your beans ship within 48 hours of roasting, sealed in compostable bags with a valve, so they arrive at their peak and ready to brew.

Our spring harvest has launched!
We roast to order and ship within 24 to 48 hours, so your beans reach you at their peak flavor.
We ship across the United States. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days, and you will get a tracking link as soon as your bag is on its way.
Choose coarse for French press, medium for pour-over and drip machines, and fine for espresso. Whole bean is always the freshest option.
Use a ratio of about 1 gram of coffee to 16 grams of water, heated to 200°F. Pour slowly in circles and aim for a total brew time of around three minutes.
